Whether your goal is reducing pain, improving mobility, building strength, increasing energy, or getting back into a healthier lifestyle — this program is designed to support your full transformation.
WHAT’S INCLUDED



Your chiropractic sessions are strategically structured throughout the program to maximise results.
For the first 2 weeks, treatments are scheduled twice per week to help improve joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and overall movement quality.
Following the initial phase, sessions continue once every fortnight to maintain mobility, support recovery, and help keep your body functioning optimally.
Your 3 month gym membership includes full access to our boxing classes.
Boxing is one of the best ways to build a strong foundation of fitness, combining cardio, coordination, endurance, and full body strength training in a fun and engaging environment.
Personalised exercise guidance and nutritional advice will be provided each week to help improve movement, build healthier habits, and support long-term progress. You will also receive a weekly check up to track your progress, make adjustments where needed, and keep you accountable throughout the program.
